No mixer. `alsamixer -c1` says there's no mixer elems for the card. I forgot to report this one, as it was the first thing I've checked out, 'coz I know about this muting tradition ;) What I'm sure don't get straight is why us428control does not work, by not recognizing any US-x2y device on hw:1, where it should AFAICT.
