I am using the same driver, have the same output from arecord -l. cat /proc/asound/ICH5/intel8x0 tells me also something with tertiary. So I think we nearly have the same card and so the same problem. Mic is only very very quiet (if it works) and LineIn is not working. In alsamixer everything is set to max and unmuted. arecord -D hw:0,1 (2/3) all give me: arecord: pcm_read:1169: read error: Input/output error Only hw:0,0 is working, but not very well.
