Note that the hdsp driver does not export standard mixer controls (it
would make no sense due to the matrix mixer),
I disagree over the "would make no sense" bit though... I think at least a "simple" master mixer which mapped to adjusting all levels would make a lot of sense (for those of us who use the RME as a high quality soundcard for general use)
However, I think we have been here before and the conclusion was that I need to do some programming and stop moaning...
