hi to the list,
i am workong on thinkpadR50e, demudi 1.2.1, using the 2.6.12mm custom-demudi
kernel and 2.6.13 standard debian, because it was not possible to build the
driver for my atmel-usb-wlan-adapter into the custo kernel
for sound i am using rme-multiface, there is one terratec-aueron 5.1 mkII
usb device and last but not least the onboard chip
the problem that i have is that the onboard chip stopped(!) to give out
sound
i am trying to find out, why this happened, but on the demudi list, till
now, nobody has the right subgestion

looking in the archive, i found out that the mostly "Intel 82801DB-ICH4
with AD1981B " chip has the modem entrie in the asound/cards, but not in my
case
could that be the reason, i dont get any sound out of the onboard chip?
any other ideas?
i am helpfull for any subgestion
