Just want to reiterate (since the rest of the message is gone) that I am having trouble getting spdif to work in Fedora 4 / KDE with integrated sound. I am about to give up and just use the stereo. Not so bad for watching cable, but it will suck to loose the surround when watching DVD. Also, I'd hate to have wasted $35 on this toslink cable. ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Splunk Inc.
