They are. Or I think so. My sens is at 7, no Hi-Z since it's not a guitar, no phantom since my microphones don't use it. The Input volume on the back is for the RCA Input volume, nothing to do with microphones... Anyaway, I'll probably try to contact my dealer, which will tell me: "What!? Your on Linux! Well that ain't supported and I can't help you with that. Install Windows and we'll see if the problem persists". Oh well. Thanx alot!
