Have you ever heard of weight coefficients ? I means, developers_comfort * number_of_developers <-> user_comfort * number_of_users ? One of the reasons I like Perl is that the developers were not shy to steal/grab/mimic/<your_favorite_verb_goes_here> to good features from other languages.
