First post, so hello all!

My problem: Digital output (coax) of my Soundblaster Live card does not
work anymore since a kernel upgrade (debian testing). In the previous
kernel version, alsa gave me two devices to choose from, where the
second one was digital out. Now I get three devices, but none of them
seems to be digital out.

How do I get digital output again? Btw. analog output is working.

I have played a bit with the mixer and some sliders/switches make the
"PCM" light on my digital receiver go out. For example setting "AC97" to
anything else than 0 and unmuting "IEC958 Optical Raw". Raising any of
the "IEC958 ..."-sliders does not do anything.
