Hi. I've got a strange problem: On my computer, WHEN the sound is working, it's a little bit slow (you can see that it gets asynchronized with videos after some time: it's slower than the video). And, sometimes, when I open applications like AMSN it just stops working, or just one application reproduces sound, and all the other ones get mute. I'm really not sure on how to reproduce this behavior. I'm really newb to sound stuff, so I can't even explain my problem correctly. I'm sorry. Have you guys got any idea about what is my problem and what should I do?
I'm using Ubuntu 6.06, kernel 2.6.15.26-686, when I click system->preferences->sound it says that my sound card is SiS 7012. What else do I need to tell you? Thanks.
