Hello,
My problem seems to concern ALSA HDA Intel soundcard driver since loading
the module says :
"ALSA sound/pci/hda/patch_si3054.c:245 si3054: cannot initialize. EXT MID =
0000"
and also :
"HDA Intel: probe of 0000:00:1b.0 failed with error -13"
The strange thing is that everything works fine with a 2.6.18 kernel.
Does any of you have an idea about what's going on ??
Can someone explain me the difference that there is beetween the alsa sound
modules that one
can find in the kernel tree and the ones provided with alsa-drivers pakage ?
