Yup, missing firmware. You have to install alsa-firmware. You may also need
to create a symlink from /lib/firmware to /usr/lib/hotplug/firmware/ (or the
opposite, at you choice), otherwise the hotplug system may not be able to
find the files. Do it before installing alsa-firmware.
