Basically all of the most commonly used sound cards are supported by
Linux. There is no specific note of non-standard plugs, so most
probably it uses commonly used 3.5mm plugs. Should work with any
normal sound card.

Should just work. Just play a 6 channel sample. If you have a specific
problem playing 6ch output, please provide a detailed note about what
you do, how things are configured, etc.
