Why not use a newer alsa version to make sure that this issue is not fixed by later releases? FC6 is not supported anymore, but you can rebuild any kmdl for your favourite kernel yourself, or you could upgrade to F8 and see whether this by itself already fixes your issues. -- Axel.Thimm at ATrpms.net
