OK, this is weird. But at least we can observe that you get all 8
outputs (sound is, of course, not played to all of them unless you
upmix it somehow or you play an 8 channel file). I'm not sure what's
going on here regarding inputs, perhaps Takashi can provide some
insight.

Takashi, any ideas?
