Hello,
I am using ALSA 1.0.17 from the Debian testing repository but have had this
issue for quite some time. On my Audigy ZS (SB0240 / emu10k1 or 10k2) the
Bass control does not work. It works fine if I boot over into Windows and
tweak with it so I figure it's not the card. I've been unable to change the
bass using any of the ALSA mixers since I got the card.
