NCCP Level 3 The NCCP Level 3 Technical clinic covers a variety oftopics from scouting to seasonal planning and mental preparation. Allinterested participants must be FULLY CERTIFIED at Level 2 or“Trained” in Competition-Introduction Softball. Level 3 Theory issuggested although not mandatory in order to attend this clinic. Ontario is putting its best efforts forward to prepare coaches forthe upcoming Canada Games and increasing the number of eligible coaches forNational team opportunities. Thanks to funding from the Quest for Gold Lottery, whichwas established by the Ministry of Health Promotion and the Ontario Lottery andGaming Corporation, coaches wishing to complete their multi sport Level 3 Theory are eligible to have coursefees offset provided completion is prior toDecember 31st, 2006. Eight Level 3 Theory courses havebeen set up across Ontario to provide access to as many coaches aspossible.
