Subject: New Brunswick University Ladies Softball League - Sunday's results -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- UNB Fredericton Lady Softball Reds win Double Headerover UNB Saint John Lady Wolves In the first game double header, played Sunday atKimble field in FrederictonUNBF Reds rebounded from a 3-0 deficit to win 8-7 in a closely playedgame. Crystal Allen pick up the win allowing 11 hits with 4 strike outsand 4 walks. Holly White led the way for UNBF with 3 hits. SarahTaylor and Kelleigh Waters both had a triple and single. For UNBSJ, Amanda Scribner took the loss giving up 9hits with 1 strike out and 4 walks. M. Halliday and Trott both had a triple and single for UNBSJ. In the Second game of the double header, UNBF came outon top, 13 to 6 in a run-ahead-rule shorten game. Holly White pitched thevictory for UNBF, giving up 4 hits, striking out 3 and walking 3. Kelleigh Waters led UNBF going 5 for 5 with 2 inside the park home runs. KimBaglole went 4 for 5, Holly White helped her own cause going 3 for 5. Sarah Taylor had an inside the park home run and a single. For UNBSJ, C. Chambers took the loss giving up 18hits, striking out 2 and walking 4. J. Maguire and M.
