Hello Al
On saturday 11.10.07 the Schutt Hitmen once again faced
off against the Melbourne Comets in the Western Travel League.
With the hitmen sitting at the top of the table and looking to
continue there good form, there first turn at bat Schutt opened
up with
4 first innings runs with safe hits from Jamie Hurinui Gary Hurinui
Jim Grego Ashton Edwards and Alex Bolitho.
After a firey first at bat from Schutt they seemed to be finding
the fielders through the rest of the game with Jim Grego and
Ashton edwards
the only 2 to record a multi hit game.
Lewis Weldon pitched well for Comets with his field support behind
him and some outstanding plays made by Comets centerfield
Danny Leopold.
