Hi Paul, I'm a software architect / manager / agile process guy looking for a short-term position in which I help make changes to the process (from requirements to release) and architecture in response to major changes like team growth. On the process side, my major benefit is that I've worked with these processes as the builder or team leader responsible for actually doing stuff rather than a more theoretical PM role.
If you're facing the question, "How do I add 20 people to this team without it becoming a top-down bureaucracy that people hate, and still meet our dates and commitments" that's my area. Is that something that you're interested in? -Kevin On Wed, Jan 19, 2011 at 4:19 PM, Paul McCallick <[email protected]> wrote: > Hi all, > > We've got a software engineer position open at Parametric.
