Hi,

My feeling after this presentation is that, if we replace the PID with explicit 
IP prefix in the cost map of the current ALTO protocol draft(may need 
additional filtering function defined in the new version), we can get the 
similar result with H12 protocol. The difference is that in H12, the server 
ranks the IP prefixes for the requester, while in ALTO protocol draft, it gives 
the "cost" between them.

Are there any other differences I missed? Does H12 need to consider NAT(esp. 
carrier grade NAT) problem? I just try to understand more about it.
