Dear authors: I read the document and have the following views: HTTP/2 is very different from HTTP/3 in encryption, congestion control, multiplexing, etc,
1.I am puzzled whether it is possible to give feedback on the success of CRUD operations, such as creation, deletion and explicit delete. It may not be successful in some cases, for example, the maximum allowed integer is exceeded as mentioned in the document. So in section '2. ALTO/H2 Design Requirements', and is it necessary to add feedback on whether the implementation was successful? 2.What changes will be made when HTTP/3(QUIC) are used?
