Hi Qin,

I would like to present (together with Jensen, Kai and Richard) our 
work-in-progress OpenALTO deployment in the (US) National Research Platform 
network. This would go in the same deployments section that you have already 
allocated, where Richard will also present the CERN and ESnet OpenALTO 
deployments.

Separately, if there is time, I would like to briefly discuss a non-chartered 
item about computing bottleneck structures in multi-domain environments using a 
distributed border protocol. We are writing an I-Draft that we are trying to 
submit by the cut-off date 10/24. I understand there is much to discuss within 
the 2-hour ALTO time slot; so if there is no time available, I can discuss this 
using a side meeting too.
