pareciera que el error se debe a que no has configurado el kismet.conf leete el kismet.conf example... y consulta el forum de kismetwireless.org ahi seguro sale el tail de tu error.
hay una configuracion clave y es la que le dice a kismet que tarjeta tenes...es crucial que tu tarjeta este soportada por kismet...
