It doesn't watch for things being plugged in after it starts, so
you'll have to hit the 'Monitor Flight' button again.

Telemetry will be appended to any existing file, so except for the lost
data, you shouldn't notice any problems.

Actually, RDF is suppressed during the whole ascent so that we can use
the available bandwidth for telemetry. During ascent, telemetry is
transmitted 10 times a second, and if we stopped that to put out a nice
'beep', you'd lose a whole pile of samples.

And, the voice announce from the laptop is generally more useful than
'beep' anyways.
