Hrm. I get the usual numeric keyboard with decimal and minus sign, but
it looks like there's some missing stuff in the resources which might
help. I'll see if I can't figure out how to turn those on and give you a
new spin to try. Are you in the AltusMetrum google+ group? It's easy to
upload a 'beta' version that people in that group could use;
alternatively, I can provide a download URL and you can install it
manually, although that might not work on your device.

Yes, send along the name and GPS location and we'll add that to the
global list, at which point it'll show up on your device the next time
you open up that dialog.
