When my TeleGPS is connected to laptop, I am unable to connect to the device under "Monitor" menu. In other words, when it asks to select device, no devices show up in that window. On the other hand, when I use the "Device" menu and try to configure my device, it will list my TeleGPS and allow me to configure it.
I am using WIN10. I have reloaded software. Any thoughts why device does not show up in Monitor when tying to connect device? Thanks! Tim
