Seems to be a DNS issue. One random server I tried says 71.39.148.17, but I use Google's public DNS (8.8.8.8) at home, and it returns no A records: https://dns.google.com/query?name=altusmetrum.org&type=A&dnssec=true
Curious... Maybe Bdale pushed an update and it's still propagating? I'll try again later.
