Reviving my thread from July. I've given up on my Tegra Note. it refuses to take a charge again. I did a little research and found a Galaxy Tab A 7" at Best Buy for $120.
One thing that caught my eye is that it has an "outdoor" mode to boost the display brightness for up to 15 minutes at a time. I'm heading to October Skies at Tripoli Central California tomorrow. I'll let you all know how it works out. Chris
