I just want to say thank you again to BDale and Keith for all of your support.
I fired up the new TeleMega in my rocket at home yesterday. I was able to get GPS lock with 12 satellites in idle mode in about a minute. I loaded my rocket in my tower and had GPS lock with 6 satellites in about 15 seconds and 9 in under a minute. This is the same tower that gave my TeleMetrum issues the last two times I used it. Now that I have gotten around the TeleMetrum's GPS limitations and understand the fact that I need to fire up my TeleBT before I start AltosDroid my stress levels have dropped significantly. Well, the stress from the electronics side at least. ;^) Chris On Wed, Aug 15, 2018 at 11:56 AM Keith Packard <[email protected]> wrote: > Bdale Garbee <[email protected]> writes: > > > "Keith Packard" <[email protected]> writes: > > > >> We haven't ever seen a working chip stop working, so you should be > >> fine. > > > > Is that really true?
