Magnetic apogee detection relies on the airframe tilting over right at apogee; you can already use 'tilt angle > 90' if you want. I'm working on integrating the mag sensor into the tilt angle computation by fusing it with the gyro using a quaternion kalman filter. That *should* track tilt angle without any cumulative error, allowing us to use tilt angle for apogee detection. -- -keith
