You can't reflash over the air, you need a special cable to hook USB to the tiny little holes on the side of the board. We haven't ever made those for sale; I suspect there's probably only the one I have here for initial flash and test. If there's some specific feature you're looking for enabling on TeleMini, I could probably cook up a cable for you and send it along? -- -keith
