One nice thing I like about using my D710 is that I can also cross-band repeat 
the APRS packets on the standard 2m APRS frequency at 50w which allows any 
device that can get to http://aprs.fi <http://aprs.fi/>, run Xastir, or any 
other APRS app to see the packets and help with the rocket hunt if needed as 
long as I can hit a digipeater. Plus it’s just fun to see some packets from 
your launch on APRS.
