level 0 -> 1 -> 2 dumps?

how/where would I set this?

I want to set up my backups so that:

Monday, week 1 - level 0
Tue->Sun       - level 2
Monday, week 2 - level 1
Tue->Sun       - level 2
Monday, week 3 - level 1
Tue->sun       - level 2
Monday, week 4 - level 0
etc ...

I haven't found anything so far that allows me to base scheduales like
that ... is there?
