It means that this is a new disk in the diskfile and AMANDA wanted to do
a full backup of it, but it was too big to fit on the tape. So AMANDA
should do an incremental  backup of it (so that at least the recently
changed data do get saved). But, since this is a new disk, incrementals
cannot be computed, because there is no previous full backup - a kind of
chicken-and-egg problem.

If the problem does not go away in the next 2-3 runs, you should
probably increase dumpcycle and/or tapecycle.
