This comes up on the list every once in a while. Here's what was said
the last several times:

from Alexandre Oliva and Mitch Collinsworth was that it was thought to
be fixed in the 2.4.2 code. You might grab a copy of that and build
the changers, at least the one you're interested in, from there.
