There's not enough info here to tell for sure, but some things I'd
check for:
* What does amcheck have to say?
* Did you maybe run "amadmin <config> force ..." as root instead of
the Amanda user? If so, the info database files have the wrong
ownership. Pretty much everything in and under the amanda.conf
directory should be owned by the Amanda user.
* Look at the amdump.1 file for anything "unusual", i.e. error
messages from when planner was running.
