Amanda is not meant to be run without a tape and that's what it is
warning you about.  Since you plan to work that way, it doesn't apply.

Note that it may still indicate another problem in the output that you
do need to deal with.  For now, you may want to run amcheck with the
-c option on the days you do not have a tape mounted.  That will only
check the clients and should stay quiet unless there is trouble.

When you get to 2.4.2, you can run it with -c and -l to do all the
checks except the tape.
