'Somebody else here...

In both chg-mtx and chg-zd-mtx, there is a "changerfile=`getconf$SUF
changerfile`" line, setting a variable as the prefix for the counter
files: access, clean, status, slot. That seems to be working. In my
setting up my config, I thought that there was a conf file to set up the
changer parameters. If that is not the changer.conf, where is it?

That would probably be the solution to my problem of not properly using
the 12 slot magazine in my 1557.

Thanks,
Tony Traylor
