Thank you very much for this clarification. I guess I was a little confused
about the patches... I was using 2.4.1.p1 which I assummed had "the" patch. I
hadn't realized that there are more patches. I was using the FreeBSD ports
system, which I have since abandoned for this application; too constrictive.

Yes, I've got several options here, thankfully.
