Could you post the exact message? Also, the result of:

Do you mean you have "tapecycle 25"?
Did you change this before or after the run last night that appears to
want to wrap back to tape #1?
In theory, all you should have to do is increase tapecycle from 16 to 25.
You did remember to amlabel the new tapes, right? That wouldn't affect
what you're seeing, but will make the first run on the new tapes fail.
