Problem making backups from "active" files

Hi there,

i want to backup my web and ftp -server with all the data and logfiles on
it.
now it seems that amanda has problems with files, changing during amdump :-(

Both, server and client, have the version 2.4.1p1-7 and are running on a 
redhat 6.1 (server) and debian 2.1 (client). Kernel is 2.2.15.

Any hints ???
