At first i recommend to advise your users not to use
file- and foldernames in this manner! The conversion
between ASCII- and ANSI-Code will cause problems all
the time.
To solve your problem: restore the folder above with all
contents (that was i've done in such cases), so the mentioned
folder will be restored, too.
Then you can delete all you don't need.
