Actually, dumpcycle is how often you want to have level 0 backups.
What you defined as dumpcycle is actually the value of `runtapes'
times `runspercycle'.  However, since runtapes is often 1 and
runspercycle defaults to dumpcycle (i.e., one run per day, using 1
tape each), it's easy to see why you see them as the same thing :-)
