You're asking the wrong question.  Amanda does not back up anything.
It runs some other program that does the backups.  So it would depend
on what program you told Amanda to use.

However, all system dump programs (e.g. ufsdump, dump, vxdump) only
do a single file system and would not cross into another file system,
NFS mounted or not.

If you use GNU tar, Amanda passes it the option to do the same thing,
i.e. not cross into a file system other than the one it starts out in.

So unless you use GNU tar and explicitly tell it to back up one of
those NFS mount points, I'd say they will be ignored.
