What version of dump are you using?

What happens if you run this (please post the **entire** output):

  /sbin/dump 0sf 1048576 - /dev/sda7 > /dev/null

>  DUMP: estimated 1341 tape blocks.

This is the line that sendbackup should have triggered on to get the
estimated size, but I don't see a pattern for it so we may need to add
a new one.
