Doh! I had started to compose this e-mail early this morning but got

It took me a while, and once it worked, I didn't touch it. Also, be aware, I
had a lot of trouble with the chg-scsi code from the 2.4.2 CVS snapshot from
about May. I actually had to use the chg-scsi code from a May or June CVS
snapshot of 2.5.0 and merge that in with the 2.4.2 CVS code.

I haven't tried the latest 2.4.2 release to determine whether or not the
chg-scsi code works (something about mucking with a working system :)

No problem :)

Absolutely! I've never been able to pay for support as good as I get on the
amanda mailing list. The answers may not always be correct or applicable
go my exact problem, but at least I get a bunch of things to try, which is
usually better than I get from any vendor :)
