# cd /usr/ports/devel/gmake
# make install clean

will do the trivck on a FreeBSD system with the ports collection installed.

If you prefer to install precompiled binaries try

        ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports/packages/All

(I haven't tried the latter - I always install from source)


Additionally: there's an Amanda port in the ports collection:

        /usr/ports/misc/amanda24

Chances are it will compile your version just fine if you update
the checksums or use "make NO_CHECKSUM=yes"
