Sort of.  It (actually, your restore program -- this has nothing
to do with Amanda) will create a directory tree in your current
working directory (or "lcd" location) with the file at the bottom.
For instance, if what you restored was /usr/local/lib/rotate.sh and
the top of the file system is /usr, then your current directory should
contain local/lib/rotate.sh.
