configure: error: installation or configuration problem: C compiler cannot
create executables.
I have installed the latest pre-compiled GCC binaries and it still will not
work. I've since found out this has to do with some previous, sloppy
systems administration, In this case, the cure is worse than the disease,
so I'd rather just install a pre-compiled set of binaries for Amanda.
