cruft directory

Hi, I have just upgraded from amanda 2.4.1 to 2.4.2. After an amflush I
received the following warning:

  Scanning /dump...
    lost+found: skipping cruft directory, perhaps you should delete it.
    Could not find any Amanda directories to flush.

Not sure what to do with thing (English not being my first language...)

Any suggestions?
